About Presidio Villas II

Presidio Villas II is located on the southwest side of Tucson, directly across from Miller Elementary School.

Presidio Villas is a great place to live. The common areas are maintained by the Association and there is an olympic size pool and ramada area which is available for party rental.

Meetings

The monthly meetings are on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. We try to hold them at the poolside ramada. If we are unable to hold it there we have it at the Santa Cruz Lutheran Church at 6809 S. Cardinal.

Monthly Dues

Monthly dues are $50.00. They are due at the end of each month. A late fee of $15.00 will be assessed if payment is not received by the 1st of the following month.
