Meeting Minutes for Presidio Villas II Resident's Association - Sept. 18, 2007

Motion to Start Meeting at 6:40 p.m.

Motion brought by Martha Van Winkle and seconded by Christy Benefield.

Reading of Secretary's Minutes The minutes for the previos meeteing were accepted as written, no discussion and no changes were made.

Motion brought by Linda Robentt and seconded by Martha Van Winkle. Vote: All in favor.

Treasurer's Report Report as of the end of August 31, 2007

$3058.41 is in checking. $673.28 in savings. $46,143.78 Smith Barney. Christy has taken over the books from Linda. The Chase account has been phased out. Christy will get an estimate from Amber Otterholt, the new bookkeeper, on what she charges. Oasis Pools has been paid approximately $4,688. Christy reports that the HOA is paying outmore in expenses than we are bringing in. The attourney is collecitng some money on past due accounts. Christy got someone to replace the poo lights and the bathroom lights, the sensors were all good. The light cost $135. to replace.

President's Report

Les repoted that he wasnot able to get an estimate for a sand barrier due to the person he needs to speak with is out of town. Les was able to get the red truck towed away. Les & Linda gave Christy information on how to word the closing form. Les thanked Christy for doinga great job on getting the pool lights taken care of. Gus Rivera repaired the wrought iron and it got borken again.

Landscape Committee
Rudy stated that he thinks the landscaping looks good right now.

New Business

There was discussion on reserivng the ramada. Rudy said that if he doesn't have a deposit form someone and sees them having a party he gives thema warning first. He gets their name and lets them know that they will be fined if they do not clean up after their party. Rudy will check with Christy before reserving the ramada to make sure the people are current on their HOA dues.
