Parking Information
Illegal Parking is a Serious Problem in Our Neighborhood
Did you know that the Fire Department has designated our streets as a Fire Zone?
- Our streets are narrow. Cars blocking an entrance to a home will delay emergency vehicles (ambulance) and medics from helping to save a life.
- In case of fire, vehicles blocking houses and fire hydrants would prevent fire fighters from doing their job. The emergency could be at your house.
- Section 2.06, page 6 of the DCC & R's states: use of vehicles is subject to the rules of the Association. Breaking the rules is like breaking the law.
- Posted signs and newsletters publicize that parking on the Villas streets is prohibited. For
those who don't comply, enforcement will be the remedy.
- Advise visitors to park in your driveway or use the two guest parking areas.
