Ramada and Pool Party Rules

1. A deposit of $100 in cash, check or money order must be made in advance. The person making the deposit is responsible for all clean up.
2. Clean up must be done following the party, not the day after.
3. In consideration for your neighbors, keep the noise down. Party must end by 9:00 p.m.
4. All garbage must be taken home with you. Garbage bags are provided at the ramada.
5. Please do not stuff the garbage can; it makes it very hard to remove the garbage bag without tearing it.
6. Please sweep and wash the ramada area and tables of any food or spilled beverages.
7. No food allowed in pool or spa area.
8. Absolutely NO GLASS CONTAINERS allowed!!!!!!!!
9. Do not leave gates open during party.
10. No electrical cords allowed in pool or spa area.
11. Failure to abide by any of these rules will result in forfeiture of some or all of your DEPOSIT, plus any additional charges for damages.

Health Concerns

1. No babies wearing diapers or disposables are allowed in the Pool.
2. NO INFANTS, BABIES or children under 14 years of age allowed in the Spa. Their body temperature can rise to dangerous levels.
3. Persons with infectious diseases or skin rash must not use the Pool or Spa.
4. NO ANIMALS or pets allowed in the Pool area at any time.

Help Maintain Your Recreation Area

1. Restrict food and eating to the West Ramada barbeque area.
2. Use of soap, shampoo and bubble bath in Pool or Spa is prohibited.
3. Suntan lotions and oils clog filters and stain tiles. Shower before using Pool or Spa.
4. Pool furniture should be left undamaged and clean after use.
5. NO GLASS CONTAINERS OR BOTTLES of any kind are allowed in the Pool area.
6. Do not throw objects or debris into the Pool or Spa. Use garbage cans for your trash.

Presidio Villas II HOA Policy

1. Pool Pass and Key: Given to homeowner or record. Dues must be current.
2. Landlord is responsible for distributing Pool Pass and Key to tenant.
3. $100 Fee for replacing a lost or stolen Pool Key.
4. Loud, inconsiderate conduct is not acceptable.
5. The owner-host must accompany guest using the Pool facilities.
6. GUESTS: Eight (8) guests per resident permitted for Pool use.

These rules comply with the CC&R's of Presidio Villas II and Pima County Health Department Pool regulations. Failure to follow these rules can result in the closing of our Pool by the Pima County Health Department.
