Pool Rules
The swimming pool facility is for exclusive use by homeowners in Presidio Villas II and their guests. Members must be in possession
of their pool pass.
Safety First
- All persons use the Pool/Spa at their own risk. NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult resident 18 years or older.
- Young children and non-swimmers should wear a life jacket for safety.
- Running, horseplay and diving are not permitted.
- Swimmers: Stay out of the Pool and Spa during electrical storms.
- Use battery operated radios with earphones. Electric cords can cause electrocution.
- Call 911 in case of emergencies.
Health Concerns
- No babies wearing diapers or disposables are allowed in the Pool.
- NO INFANTS, BABIES or children under 14 years of age allowed in the Spa. Their body
temperature can rise to dangerous levels.
- Persons with infectious diseases or skin rash must not use the Pool or Spa.
- NO ANIMALS or pets allowed in the Pool area at any time.
Help Maintain Your Recreation Area
- Restrict food and eating to the West Ramada barbeque area.
- Use of soap, shampoo and bubble bath in Pool or Spa is prohibited.
- Suntan lotions and oils clog filters and stain tiles. Shower before using Pool or Spa.
- Pool furniture should be left undamaged and clean after use.
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS OR BOTTLES of any kind are allowed in the Pool area.
- Do not throw objects or debris into the Pool or Spa. Use garbage cans for your trash.
Presidio Villas II HOA Policy
- Pool Pass and Key: Given to homeowner or record. Dues must be current.
- Landlord is responsible for distributing Pool Pass and Key to tenant.
- $100 Fee for replacing a lost or stolen Pool Key.
- Loud, inconsiderate conduct is not acceptable.
- The owner-host must accompany guest using the Pool facilities.
- GUESTS: Eight (8) guests per resident permitted for Pool use.
These rules comply with the CC&R's of Presidio Villas II and Pima County Health Department Pool regulations.
Failure to follow these rules can result in the closing of our Pool by the Pima County Health Department.
